The Job Wizard insertion generator is a software developed in-house by HR UNIVERSAL GmbH, which has been continuously developed since 2014. The Job Wizard draws on a database of over 5000 jobs. Historical data of the corresponding job is correctly interpreted at runtime and can thus provide predictions in terms of performance, impressions and clicks.

As part of passive sourcing, we work together with market-leading players such as Stepstone, Indeed, Google for Jobs, LinkedIn and Xing. 3 Active Sourcing, Active Sourcing PLUS (direct approach)
Using machine learning-based algorithms, HR SIMPLEX extracts important information from vacancies and potential applicants and carries out automated search & match runs in the internal databases. Active sourcing is systematically supported in the
leading social networks (Xing, LinkedIn, etc.). Active Sourcing PLUS: Due to possibly higher requirements, there is an equally higher emphasis on automated and manual active sourcing.
